I was introduced to him through Nau at Kodawari Collective (which already says a lot about his reputation) when I was in the process of buying a used car and was calling around to friends who could give me advice. Without knowing me at all, he gave me some great free advice in that process that gave me alot of confidence in my decision, and I ended up getting the car I wanted under my terms.

At this point I had two cars, so when it came to selling the car I had already owned, of course I had to call Justin to understand his service more. I'll be honest, as a person who usually likes to do things myself, the idea of paying for a service was hard to wrap my head around. But I am so glad I did it, and went with the Gold Package. When Justin said it was a white glove service, he really meant it. Time is money, and when it comes to creating a good listing, bringing the car around to get cleaned, meeting with buyers and doing test drives, negotiating back and forth to get your price, and finishing off with the paperwork and payment, the time commitment is no joke. Especially as someone with no experience selling a car, but wants to make sure I get a fair price. Aka I didn't want to give any more money to an auto dealer.
