When I first reached out to him, I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for and felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of options available. In our first conversation, Justin asked a lot of questions to determine my opinions on several factors, including price, size, style, colour, and features. Following that, it only took him a couple of days to provide me a list of ten options, all within my price range. The list included some pros and cons of each vehicle, and Justin took the time to talk through each option with me. Once I selected my top choice, he handled all of the discussions with the dealer, including arranging a time for me to test drive, and updated me regularly. I only had to speak with dealer myself once! Justin explained all the paperwork I needed to sign, scheduled the time for me to pick up the car, and even explained how to get a bank draft to pay for the car. Everything was dealt with in advance, so when I went to pick up the car, I just had to sign a couple papers and was able to drive away in my new vehicle within only five minutes.

Overall, working with Justin transformed the whole process from overwhelmingly complicated to seamlessly smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car!"
